You’ll be welcome in my historical house in the centre of Milan with an amazing view over the city from a terrace luxuriant of flowers and trees. You’ll eat the delicious dishes you prepared: pasta, ravioli, tiramisù that come with an excellent wine and limoncello prepared with my own terrace’s lemons. I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli so that you will go back home as an authentic Italian chef. What about bringing a very sweet memory from Italy, one that will always be in your heart? The secret of the classic tiramisù, a family recipe that follows the one of its creator: soft, sweet, delicious and unique! THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. I will welcome you in the port of Desenzano where we'll familiarize with the "Annamarie", a comfortable boat equipped with bathroom and kitchen and extremely safe. After a short briefing we will sail to Sirmione to visit the castle, the springs of sulphurous water and the ancient Grotte of Catullo, here we will stop near the beach called Jamaica Beach for transparency of its water. We will drop anchor to enjoy the beach and organize lunch (or the aperitif for the half-day experience -4 hours) on the boat with typical local products Here you can sunbathe, take spectacular photos and refreshing baths! for guests there are snorkeling equipment, sup and dinghy. If, on the other hand, you prefer to relax and sunbathe, the boat will gladly welcome you The return route crosses the sunset with its romantic colours. We will spend the day exploring the island of Dugi otok and surrounding islets with a new 8m long speedboat for small group 10-12 persons with a lot's of stops for swimming and snorkeling. At the arrival I will offer you cofee break, and I will give you a lab coat for the access to the production area. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products. I'll briefly explain the materials of byzantine mosaics, then I will guide you in the creation of a mosaic jewelry base that will then be completed with beads, jump rings, chains or claps to create a unique ready to wear piece, for you or to give a gift. Don't buy a simple souvenir, create your own special "mosaic to wear" ispired by the Galla Placidia sky or by the Teodora brooch! If you don't like jewelry you can make a fantastic mosaic frame. Other things to note We'll be working with glass and it is possible to get a cut. Don't worry we have disinfectant and Band-Aids. Our adventure begins at morning in Piazza della Calza in Florence at Bar d'angolo. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. If you want to learn something special while having a unique travel experience, come and try river surfing! There are different waves for all skill levels! Meeting at the wave, we'll get into the wetsuit, learn some basic rules within minutes. Right after that, you'll get the chance to spend 45min on the water. Changing afterwards again takes a couple of minutes and if you're keen we finish of by having some tea or beer in my favorite little cafe close-by. Other things to note - you need to know how to swim - not kidding: I had people interested who were not able to swim and still wanted to surf...

Wir werden vom Niederbauen aus auf eine Panoramaflug (10-30 Minuten) vom nahe gelegenen Startplatz Niederbauen starten. Dabei versuchen wir den Gipfel von Niederbauen zu überhöhen. Von dort aus erschließt sich uns der Blick über den Gotthard, der Haupt Kamm der Schweizer Alpen. Je nach Windrichtung müssen oder können wir auch andere Startplätze in der Region auswählen. Wir fliegen von der Klewenalp, Brunni in Engelberg oder von der Biehlen oder der Brändlen im Engelberger Tal. An Start und Landeplätzen fehlt es hier in der Region nicht. Deswegen ist die Schweiz im vergleich zu anderen Ländern wie Deutschland ideal für Hike and Fly Touren. Man kann fast überall starten und Landen wenn es der Landbesitzer erlaubt. Grundvorraussetzung für den Start ist das der Passagier fähig ist einige Schritte zu laufen da wir für den Start beschleunigen müssen um abheben zu können. Die Landung erfolg relativ einfach indem Pilot und Passagier sich wieder aufrichten und eine Schritte laufen bevor man den Boden berührt. Nach der Landung besteht die Möglichkeit Fotos und Videos (30.-) die während dem Flug vom Piloten gemacht worden sind anzuschauen und zu erwerben Ansonsten zu beachten Paragliding ist in der Schweiz von der Versicherung nicht als Extremsport eingestuft und liegt bei der Unfallrate hinter der vom Motorrad fahren und Skifahren bei 14000 aktiven Piloten in der Schweiz. Stopping in some special corner you can enjoy some prosecco, get the sun, swimm and relax. After that we will go back at the starting point. Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

WHO & WHERE? We will meet at Spiaggia Lido di Cisano, where we'll get the SUP boards from Luca, a funny guy running Akinom Sup. WHAT? 10' - On the green garden and enjoining a wonderful view of the lake: we'll get familiar with the board, trying few exercises and positions, but especially learning how to control our balance and weight. 50' - Ready to jump? A dip in the lake first, to refresh ourselves, and then a short paddle until reaching the buoy, where we'll fix the boards and start our SUP PILATES. We'll do few standing exercises, mostly lying and quadruped exercises. DRINK Once finished, Luca we'll reach us with some fresh drinks that we'll enjoy still sitting on the board and admiring a wonderful sunset on the lake! Feet in the water, training done, positive feeling in your mind and in your body, wonderful view, sunset time and a fresh drink in your hands. What more? WHY? We will begin our excursion to explore with the SUP the Riviera of the Golfo Paradiso. We will visit small beaches and hidden coves that can only be reached from the sea, fully enjoying their beauty. During our way back, we will be able to admire an unforgettable sunset before returning to Capolungo, where we will be able to relax while enjoying an aperitif on the beach accompanied by typical Ligurian products. Tour du lac d'Annecy à vélo Cette expérience allie la découverte de points de vue magnifiques avec une activité physique modérée. Le tour du lac fait 40km (avec des montées - prévoir un vélo électrique si besoin) . La balade se fera sur la journée. Plusieurs arrêts seront prévus : - une balade de 30-40 minutes au Roc de Cher, réserve naturelle qui surplombe le lac, qui nous conduira à un joli point de vue sur l'autre côté du lac - un arrêt pique-nique à Talloires, avec l'une des plus belles vues du lac - un court arrêt à Duingt, ou une petite marche nous permettra de voir un autre point de vue intéressant. Le participant doit devenir avec son vélo ou en louer un (voir loueurs recommandés). Les personnes qui ont l'habitude de faire du vélo sur + de 30 km peuvent louer un vélo classique ; pour les autres, le vélo électrique est recommandé.

Forca longer tour l can take you to the cathedral and outside the Neon Baptistry.

This tour will take us, together with a local accompanist, to discover the real Padua. We will take a walk around the city to discover the most important sights and monuments. We will see Prato della Valle, the largest square in the city of Padua and among the largest in Europe, which with its 78 statues is an album of the important characters of Padua. The Basilica of Sant’Antonio or “Il Santo”, a destination for millions of pilgrims each year and a romantic mix of styles and cultures from all corners of the world. Along the cobblestone streets we will reach the medieval heart of the historic center. We will see the ancient Ghetto of the city that with its narrow streets has become a meeting place for young students. Then the Squares, Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza della Frutta with the views of the Palazzo della Ragione and often enlivened by the stalls of the Market and the swarming of people under the "Salone". We will reach Piazza dei Signori, a meeting place for Paduans at the aperitif and once the home of the Lords of the city. Palazzo Bo, headquarters of the University of Padua, founded in 1222, which has always attracted students from all over the world. We will conclude the tour in the most typical of manners: we will stop for a coffee in the historic "Caffè Pedrocchi".

After meeting your guide you'll enter to the Accademia gallery passing through the security controls. Once inside you'll discover treasures of this unique museum including the last original instrument of Antonio Stradivari, the first piano ever made, painting techniques and Michelangelo's life and masterpieces focusing on the outstanding David. The admission ticket to the accademia gallery is not included in the tour price and it will have to be payed at the moment of your arrival. Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to do individual cooking. Of course, we will eat them together at a long table as in an Italian family. During lunch will be served our wine. One of our co-hosts will make sure that you can be the protagonist! We will be about 16 participants. Transport by van, with driver, from Florence is included. Attention: the return is by train to Florence, the most ecological and comfortable way to avoid traffic.

E-bike tour to discover the Cinque Terre area from a unique point of view that only our local guides know. The excursion begins with the spectacular panoramic view along the road between Corniglia and Manarola. We will cross ancient olive groves and the characteristic Ligurian terraced cultivations delimited by dry stone walls, a UNESCO heritage site. Thanks to our ebikes, we will climb about 300 meters above sea level to visit a typical vineyard immersed in the Cinque Terre National Park, where we will taste their wine accompanied by typical local products, such as Ligurian focaccia, quiches, fried anchovies. During the tour, information will be provided on the cultivation of vines in Liguria and its wines, such as the Cinque Terre Bianco DOC and the Sciacchetrà. Resuming the route, along the road to Manarola, we will visit several ancient villages overlooking the sea from where you can take unforgettable photos and experience unique moments.
