I'll welcome you into my home and the first thing we'll do is have our mate session! Sipping on mate is a tradition that is deeply rooted in Argentine culture and I'd love to teach you all about it. As you enjoy this wonderful ritual that's part of our daily life you'll also have some delicious tortafritas. Next, you'll be given an apron and off to wash our hands we'll go. During our hands-on experience, you'll learn how to make corn and meat empanadas; ensalada rusa, a salad that we always eat in our meetings and events; and chocotorta, a traditional dessert that is so good and easy to prepare! When our empanadas are ready, we'll enjoy this fantastic scrumptious dish with great wine, followed by our amazing chocotorta. You'll be absolutely delighted by the result of your hard work! From beginning to end, you'll be tasting Argentina's culture. Mate, tortafritas, empanadas, wine and chocotorta are part of our life. It's not what we eat in restaurants. It's what we eat (and cook) at home, with family and friends. That's why these flavours are intimately related to the moments that are most valuable to us, and I want to share that with you. Hike & Relax in the Andes

We will hike in one of the most beautiful and breathtaking trails in Mendoza, to find a nice spot in nature and share a lunch with the best views of high mountains glaciers, local fauna and the lower valleys. The difficulty level its up to you (1 to 6 hours) Of course i will share with you some tips to help you to improve your adaptation to altitude and find a proper pace. The maximum group size is 3 people, almost like a private tour. We'll go to an area out of the grid, where normally there are no other humans around, to increase our chances to observe wildlife and enjoy sounds of nature. It is also possible to organize a hiking day in Aconcagua or Uco's Valley, let me know if this is what you are looking for.

Comenzaremos temprano por la mañana, los buscaremos por el alojamiento donde estén alojados. Visitaremos tres bodegas en total en Luján de Cuyo. Elegimos las bodegas cuidadosamente para brindar la mejor experiencia, tratamos de escapar de las bodegas con mucho marketing para poder ofrecer la mejor experiencia privada. Buscamos bodegas con la mejor calidad humana y con una gran variedad de vinos para ofrecer con la mejor calidad. Cada bodega es diferente a la otra para que no dejen de sorprenderse en cada lugar. Tendremos un almuerzo que incluye bebida, entrada, plato principal y postre, todo maridado con vinos diferentes. Después de esto, volveremos a nuestra querida ciudad. Tendremos un día maravilloso lleno de aprendizaje, los lugares que visitaremos realmente son muy bien seleccionados para que tengas la mejor experiencia. A day in a Gaucho's life in the Andes

I will pick you up at 7:30am from your accommodation. We will travel 2h to the South heading towards the Andes, up to where our experience takes place: Rosendo Pacheco's family ranch. This is in San Carlos, Valle de Uco region. You will learn how to saddle a horse and ride through the mountains for 1,30h, witnessing a remote, natural and wild landscape. We'll have time to stop for coffee and enjoy multiple views, take pictures and ask Rosendo any questions. If we are lucky to meet some cattle in the way you'll even get the chance to herd them down. Once we arrive in Los Toldos ranch, I will prepare a typical Argentinian barbecue -an 'Asado paired with local wine (veggie option on request). Around 4pm we will start the 1,30h ride back to meet the vehicle and return to the city. Other things to note: No previous experience in horse riding needed. Cabalgá entre viñedos y degustá vinos en Bodega Boutique

El Tour comienza cuando voy a buscarte a vos y tu grupo!. Incluye el traslado desde tu alojamiento hasta la zona de "Lunlunta", una hermosa región de viñedos y cerros a unos 20km de la ciudad de Mendoza. EL TOUR ES EN LA TARDE. PASO A BUSCARTE A LAS 2.30 PM. Empezamos el recorrido en una bodega familiar, donde no solo conocerás el proceso de elaboración del vino sino que degustarás tres varietales. Finalmente haremos lo mas divertido. Recorreremos la zona de Lunlunta a caballo, pasarás por hermosos paisajes y vistas a la montaña. El paseo estrella a caballo es por los viñedos, en donde podemos observar las características de suelo, vides y riego de Mendoza. En el mismo recorrido se puede ver cultivo de otros frutales y olivos, como así también pequeñas huertas. Los caballos son tranquilos, y un guía experimentado nos acompañará en el camino durante alrededor de 1,5 horas. ¡Mendoza es una provincia privilegiada por el clima y la altura, lo que hace que nuestros viñedos sean tan espectaculares!

La huella de los nativos, inmigrantes y visitantes se encuentra plasmada en nuestra Ciudad. Lograron convertir el árido desierto, en la Ciudad más importante del oeste argentino y una de las capitales mundiales del vino ¿Cómo fue posible todo esto? Para descubrirlo Visitaremos el Pasaje San Martín, la Peatonal Sarmiento, la Plaza España, la calle Emilio Civit, y el Parque General San Martín. En este último, podemos preparar un mate.(opcional) Te invito a que exploremos los rincones de la Ciudad, y que juntos descubramos sus secretos ¿Te animás? Trekking, Rapeles y Terma en Cacheuta

"Sendero de la Virgen de Cacheuta" (Trekking + 3 rapeles + Aguas Termales ) Lo mejor, es acordar un punto de encuentro, podemos pasarlos a buscar si quieren. Comenzaremos viajando desde la Ciudad de Mendoza hacia sus montañas en el oeste, rumbo a "Cacheuta". Realizaremos el "trekking de la Virgen" de aproximadamente 2 hs y media . Este es un recorrido de montaña donde conoceremos la flora, historia y los paisajes de Cacheuta en el trascurso de nuestro recorrido. Haremos una parada en un mirador con un panorama maravilloso. En este lugar, hidrataremos, comeremos algo y disfrutaremos de la vista hacia el valle. Luego nos pondremos el equipo de seguridad para realizar 3 rapeles de distinta altura. Con rapeles de 13, 10 y 30 metros de altura descenderemos por un vertedero de agua. Alrededor de las 13 hs nos dirigiremos a la "Villa de Cacheuta", donde tendrán tiempo para pasear, y comer comidas típicas de este lugar si es que lo desean. Pero lo mejor de todo esto, es que podremos disfrutar de estar rodeado de naturaleza en las piletas del "Parque de Agua Termas de Cacheuta" aprovechando el relax que estas provocan. Esta actividad comienza en la mañana temprano, 8 de la mañana y termina a las 18 horas (cierre de piletas) o antes si así lo desean ustedes. Puedo pasarlos a buscar de cortesía, en el Hostel que se encuentren en el centro o cercanos al Gran Mendoza.
