We will talk about what makes Sintra so special while discovering its secrets and taste its unique pastry. - We will then discover the Palace of Quinta da Regaleira and get lost in its 4 hectares of mysticism and romantic arquitecture and gardens. - From here we will leave the tourists behind and go through the very picturesque and hidden towns of Colares, Penedo, Almoçageme etc. to reach the open atlantic coastline. - On the coastline we will go for a waterfront lunch before exploring its brethtaking cliff views and Cabo da Roca - The end of the World! -We will then have the best postcard like views of the Pena Palace and finish the tour with a visit to this unique romantic Palace. :) Other things to note Pick up and drop off in front of Dona Maria II Theater (15 walk from most areas on the city) Meals and Monuments fees are not included.

Discover Portugal's cuisine and culture at a dinner party hosted by a wine expert. We'll dine on several courses of traditional Portuguese fish and meat dishes, each with a contemporary twist and paired with Portuguese wines. During dinner, we'll explain the different regions, people, and landscapes of Portugal. You'll leave with a full belly and a deeper understanding of the country and its cuisine and wine reality. Other things to note Special arrangements may be provided as Vegan or Gluten-free meals. Guests must be over 18 years old.

The experience begins downtown Ponta do Sol, near the beach and supermarket where you can buy your last snacks and drinks for the journey. The first hour we will go upstream Ponta do Sol river, that will take us to a "levada" walk, where we will find a hidden waterfall. In the second hour we go up the mountain to do the sheperd's tour and be delighted with wonderful landscapes, wildlife and pure Nature. The third hour will be spent on preparing traditional food and drinks for a gastronomic experience, in a old sheperds shelter. The last 3 hours of the tour will be spent mostly in the Laurisilva endemic forest, in the north side of the island, which will take you to to the heart of the island and it's origins. For the end of this experience, I will take you back to the south coast for an amazing sunset. Other things to note Be prepared for adventure and some adrenaline. I'm going to be telling some stories about these landscapes and ecological value, the way older generations built these roads and water channels.

In this tour, that lasts from 3 to 4 hours, we will follow the footsteps of the shepherd and his herd, looking for the greenest pastures. Be part of the shepherd's work day, listen to his stories and enter in communion with nature - smell, hear, feel and taste. At the end of the hiking activity, upon arriving at the pasture, we will share with him a small meal. The money we earn with the experience is not only to pay our work, insurance and the meal, but it is also shared with the shepherd. We live in a unique community and territory and we want to give back to it at least as much as we receive. Everything can be adapted and customized according to your wishes. IMPORTANT: Depending on the weather conditions, the shepherd's convenience, the particular characteristics of the herding activity and the ability of the group, we can follow a different plan / schedule or cancel the event. An example of this is Mafra, a town that belongs to the district of Lisbon, and which, among other beauties, has the magnanimous National Palace and Mafra Convent. Spend a day with us and discover this building of unique beauty and history, currently classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The visit to the Convent will last approximately 1h30. Afterwards, have lunch in a typical Portuguese restaurant, with a breathtaking view and then burn some calories in a garden of unique beauty, inspired by Versailles - Jardim do Cerco. Next, we invite you to visit a “small village” (Aldeia José Franco), and a visit to the picturesque blue and white village of fishermen and surfers - Ericeira. Finally, a visit to the village of Azenhas do Mar, which landscape is breathtaking.

We are going to hike Pico mountain! Conquer the highest point of Portugal as well as the third highest point of the Mid Atlantic Ridge. Let the magnificent view on top of the mountain make you feel reborn. We will start our adventure at the first signs of day light to reach the top around midday. After a lunch in the crater with a view to make all of us silent, we will start the descent. During the hike I will give you more information about the geological formations, about the formation of the island and the vegetation we see. No matter what the view will be on top, if it is now a clear sky or clouds, I can assure you that you will experience one of the best moments in your life when you put your hands on the very top of the mountain.

*** WEIGHT LIMIT 90KG *** Me and my wife are the only ones in Algarve taking the horses directly to the place of the trail ride instead of just riding around the stables. The ride we provide in this experience takes place through the woods and along the coastline of João Darens, called by many "the last green spot where the woods kiss the ocean". Two easy steps to enjoy this experience : we will send you the coordenates when you book the experience and we will meet you there with the horses, ready to go! Other things to note: I am a horse lover therefore I have an animal friendly policy, my horses don't use any metal bits on their mouths, unless they are still in training, only work two hours a day five days a week and my guests must be under 90kg. No experience with horses is required as no trots or canters are involved in this scenic ride.

The food is made in a wood-fired oven made of lava stones, similar to our ancestors and that gives an unmistakable flavor that can not be found in the local restaurants. Besides the food, the drink is always present and I give tips of the best wines and we talk above all about what characterizes us as islanders in the middle of this immense ocean. Main ingredient is the passion that is dedicated to the preparation of the recipes (Can request the opening of some date to be agreed, depending on the number of people.) We speak English and Spanish and then the wine speaks for itself :)
