Once we reach Monterosso, we will turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. With the sun setting behind us, you will have the perfect view to capture magnificent photos. During the tour, you can sip on bubbles and enjoy homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. You can also jump in the sea for a sunset dip during the tour. Take a deep breath, and enjoy the paradise that surrounds you. In the kitchen of a charming and artistic apartment of my friends right on the promenade of the city, two steps from the iconic Terrazza Mascagni, you will craft the traditional art of home made fresh pasta making with an innovative and funky twist that will allow you to create amazing fresh pasta dishes, fabulous to taste and wonderful to see (and show to friends)! We will create 3 different kinds of pasta with different textures and you will have the chance taste 1 of them with a glass of local red wine. Also, at the end you will take home the pasta we made in an eco friendly package and a few easy Italian recipes to go with it Other things to note: we will have a light aperitivo while we wait for the pasta mix to be ready Let us know about allergy or food intolerance No celiac To comply with insurance policy, If there hasn’t been a different agreement between host and guests, we will be able to host ONLY the number of people booked with Airbnb

My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2024, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Bring along your camera, drinking water and an umbrella/blanket according to the weather.

We will leave from Framura port, to escape from the confusion of mass tourism. Aboard a comfortable 6.5 meter boat, we will leave for Bonassola where we will pass in front of its bay for a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters of the "Prie Rosse", a fascinating spot where you can snorkel in crystal clear waters and not reachable if not by boat. We will admire the beautiful villa overlooking the sea and then head towards Framura. Passing through the beach of "Porto Pidocchio" we will head off the beaches of "Valla '", beautiful sandy beaches difficult to reach and still little known. And more the "pietre rosse" and many others After so many baths and snorkelling, what better than a rich and delicious aperitif with the famous focaccia of "Cueva Blanca" and a glass of 5 Terre wine in a suggestive spot abord of a boat. The experience will leave you without a doubt an indelible memory of a different and wonderful day spent in unique places! Let's have fun cooking together! Come and learn how to prepare some typical dishes of the Genoese tradition. I will accompany you by telling you the story of the dishes we will cook. After immersing ourselves in the preparation of the dishes, we will have lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea, sipping Italian red wine. At the end of the experience, you will receive your recipe booklet and if you wish, some of the food we have prepared. During the class you will learn how to prepare authentic Ligurian food. We will prepare three different doughs, the filling and I’ll share some tips with you. At the end we will eat together what we prepared: Focaccia,, Torta Cappuccina (a vegetable pie), Pansoti (Ligurian ravioli filled with a cheese similar to ricotta and borage) and of course Salsa di Noci (walnut sauce). If you want we can even decide to prepare alternative dishes in advance (at least one week before the lesson). Our daytime tour starts from Riomaggiore, which is the southernmost village in the Cinque Terre. We slowly make our way up the coast to Monterosso. We will stop in front of every village to snap photos from the boat. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit and towel because we'll be stopping for a swim during the tour (for those who choose to). After we have arrived in Monterosso, we'll head offshore so you can see the entire Cinque Terre coast and this beautiful perspective as we head back to Riomaggiore. With a maximum of 11 guests, our tours are intimate. Please note we do not offer food or drink on our day tours, but feel free to bring your own! Your captains are either Yuri or Beppe, both born and raised captains in the Cinque Terre. Get ready to have a great time and good laugh.

And to conclude with a flourish, an aperitif on board will be offered based on local wine and homemade focaccia from our oven! The tour start from the little dock of Manarola, at the same dock from where the ferries to Cinque Terre depart aboard an 8-meter open boat. It runs along the 5 villages from Manarola towards Monterosso. Arriving at Guvano beach, behind Corniglia, we stop for the first swim break; with snorkeling equipment you can admire the clear waters and the local fish. It starts again with a panoramic view of the coast and all the various types of sedimentary rocks, explanations on the paths and the type of wine produced, another swim stop after the view of the seaside village of Vernazza to then reach the last of the 5 lands, Monterosso. After the view of the village and the beaches, the route is reversed to return to Riomaggiore, another swim stop one mile from the coast, drinking good prosecco, waiting for the sunset to then return to Manarola

Rendez vous à 9 h 45 sur le port de Saint Florent pour un embarquement immediat à bord du voilier Tiloo . Nous naviguerons dans le Golfe de Saint Florent en adaptant notre circuit aux vents ....classiquement nous mouillons au pied des falaises calcaires au nord de St Florent pour visiter des grottes marines ( à la nage, en paddle, en annexe ..) puis nous hissons les voiles pour traverser le Golfe et rejoindre les magnifiques plages de l Agriate . Nous choisirons pour vous les plus beaux mouillages , loin du tumulte des navettes rapides. Vous aurez acces aux eaux cristallines, aux criques de sable blanc , à des parcours pedestres...et nous vous offrirons le dejeuner convivial à bord . Nous rentrerons vers 17 h au port de St Florent . Impara a preparare la salsa più famosa del mondo: il PESTO!! Facciamo tutto a mano con pestello e mortaio, usando solo ingredienti selezionati! Io ho imparato a fare il pesto dalla nonna Linda, è così gustoso e semplice che sicuramente lo rifarete centinaia di volte a casa con gli amici, vi basta qualche piccolo segreto! Saremo in una tipica cantina delle Cinque Terre, arredata con sasso e legno, un tuffo nella Vernazza ottocentesca! Prepareremo il pesto nel mortaio e lo useremo come condimento per la pasta nelle versioni pranzo/cena delle 12:30/ 8:00, mentre nelle versioni merenda/aperitivo delle 15:00/17:30 sarà la nostra salsa per pane o focaccia, in tutte le versioni degusteremo 3 vini bianchi Cinque Terre e abbineremo 3 oli extravergini liguri a pane, focaccia e formaggio! Se avete allergie al glutine abbiamo crackers/pasta gluten-free, se non bevete alcolici sono disponibili soft drinks. We will meet at the Cavi di Lavagna station, a small and characteristic village away from the main tourist flows. Here we will walk up together, 15 minutes, one of the paths that in ancient times the women incharge of transporting the famous slate slabs from the extraction sites to the warehouses located near the sea. Once at our destination we will find ourselves immersed in an olive garden with a table ready with everything you need to get to work and learn how to make the famous pesto, a typically bright green sauce that originated in Genoa and is very popular in italian cuisine.

For the eco-conscious, outdoor adventurer! Sail away from the crowds. Get some much needed mental peace and quiet (and an arm workout!) This curated, 1.5 hour kayaking tour is an amazing way to discover places only accessible by sea and experience a different side of the Cinque Terre! Kicking off from the charming port of Riomaggiore around 3:30pm, we'll head north where there's the iconic "via dell'Amore". If the sea conditions permit, we'll enter into a small, secret cove that opens back out into the crystal clear Ligurian Sea. After a brief explanation of the coastline, well turn around and row back south, this time going further out from the coast. We'll pass in front of Riomaggiore - after a few photos, if the sea conditions permit, we'll stop at the natural pools of La Macrexia. Crystalline waters so beautiful, you won't want to leave. Moving forward, get up close and personal with the iconic vertical cliffs of the Cinque Terre before heading back to Riomaggiore. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. This would be a fun option for the whole family. Caves are currently closed by the coast guard. Our tours are dependent on Mother Nature. In case of rough seas and/or rain , we will do our best to reschedule you. Children as welcomed, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Each kayak can sustain a max of 100kg .

Do you like Pesto? This is the right class for you to learn how to make it from scratch by mortar ad pestle, according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother. My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with glass of prosecco and when Pesto will be ready you can taste it with a plate pasta which with its taste will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen. Between pleasant chats you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. This experience is recommended for 2 or more people. NOTE: Genovese pesto is NOT vegan. Since the class takes place in a private home is NOT suitable for people with severe intolerances or allergies.

Buongiorno, sono Matteo ragazzo di origine Ligure, laureato in scienze ambientali ad indirizzo marino con la passione per il mare e tutto ciò che lo circonda. Offro uscite private sulla costa nord dell'Isola d'Elba. Si possono fare diversi tipi di esperienze: mezza giornata indicativamente dalle 9.30 alle 12.30 , giornata intera 10.00 alle 16.00 e aperitivi al tramonto con il sole che cala in mare. Vieni a scoprire calette nascoste e inaccessibili dalla costa, bagni in luoghi mozzafiato, racconti sulla storia dell'Elba dai pirati a Napoleone alla seconda guerra mondiale... La mia barca è un gozzo tutto in teak di 8 metri, comodo, sicuro e unico! La mia passione per il mare renderà la tua esperienza diversa da tutte le altre presenti all'Isola. La mia attività si chiama "Il paradiso dei delfini isola d'Elba" non vi resta che partecipare! Inoltre per chi arriva a Portoferraio con la crociera, posso prenderlo direttamente al molo! Molto comodo e non hai bisogno di raggiungermi con i trasporti pubblici.

Benvenuti nella nostra esperienza! Con i due capitani Steeven e Christian partiremo dalla marina di Riomaggiore per andare al seguente villaggio Manarola e proseguire (soffermandosi in ogni villaggio dal mare,  per fare tante belle foto,  tutto questo sempre vicino alla costa), proseguiremo  verso Corniglia, unico villaggio che si trova a 100 metri dal livello del mare ,faremo una sosta per nuotare insieme ai pesci e fare dello snorkeling ,a bordo ti offriremo del prosecco ,coca-cola o acqua e degli snack come la focaccia ligure, arriveremo a Vernazza uno dei villaggi più amati dai turisti, e infine andremo verso Monterosso, il villaggio più grande, ed ammireremo Monterosso dal mare, Torneremo indietro sempre vicino alla costa per ammirare il sole che tramonta e torneremo  indietro con calma.
